Itinerary for 4 Nights Backwater Package

Arrival Cochin, meet our local representative. Later proceed for Munnar. Cochin - Munnar (Approx. 3 hours drive / 130 k.m) Munnar a misty, lush green hill station up in the Annamalai range of Kerala, Munnar's tea gardens, some of the highest in the world, stretch up the sides of the hills and are interspersed with pockets of forest rich in wildlife. Check-in to your pre-booked Resort by afternoon. On your holiday, enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar with its marvelous waterfalls, lush tea gardens and high mountains with low flying clouds. Visit Mattupetti dam, Kundala dam, Eco-point, Top station, Indo-Swiss cattle farm etc. Overnight stay at Munnar.
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing, visit Tea Plantation, Eravikulam National Park-the home of Nilgiri Tahr, Mattupetti Dam, and Tea Museum & Eco Point. Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast transfer to the Backwaters of Alleppey. After lunch experience the unbelievable paradise of emerald paddy fields and coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways and canals and visit old temples. You also have the option for rejuvenating Ayurvedic body massage, sampling the fresh toddy from the coconut tree, enjoy the Country Boat cruise -will take you through small canals to explore the waterways. Overnight stay at Alleppey.
After breakfast, board to the houseboat, enjoy cruising through backwaters of Alleppey, flora, fauna and village life. Alleppey has the large networks of canals and only place in Kerala rice cultivation is done below sea level. Overnight stay in houseboat.
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Cochin Railway Station/Airport.
